Three easy steps for a successful eviction:
Step 1:
We will arrange for a Notice to Quit, a Section 33 Notice & an AT6 Notice, if applicable under the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 to be served on your tenant by a sheriff. This is when the majority of the tenants leave.
Step 2:
We arrange for solicitors to issue proceedings in the local Sheriff Court. A court hearing date is set and our specialist solicitors will appear before the sheriff to obtain the possession order for your property.
Step 3:
If a tenant does not leave by a date set by a court. We arrange for the Sheriff Officers to remove your tenant, and you get vacant possession of your property.
